Anis Larbi

Biofluids as a source of EVs and non-EVs components. Why do we want to stain EVs? Can we explore different Side Scatters?
Alfonso Blanco

Wednesday - 4th October
08:00 AM - 09:00 AM
CytoFLEX as the choice for NanoFLow. What is the difference compared to traditional flow cytometers?
Anis Larbi

Target audience: Researchers interested in extracellular vesicles isolation and analysis, including postgraduate students; post-doctoral researchers as well as core technologists, clinical scientists, industry representatives as well as graduate students who have an interest in extracellular vesicle research.

What you will Learn: The workshop starts with an overview on extracellular vesicles: concept, scientific impact, available technologies and isolation challenges. The second part of the workshop will focus on how to use CytoFLEX to detect small particles as well as how to analyze them.

Our major goal is to promote high standards in EV isolation and analysis and support flow cytometry best practices. The scientific discussion will be based on MISEV2022.

The Workshop will consist of lecture sessions from international EVs researchers including sessions with access to state-of-the-art technologies, application specialists and new tools for EV research. The practical portion will reinforce the concepts and will provide current information of the latest instruments and reagents available.

The Workshop will be in-person only, exclusive for participants of 2023 IMMUNO Congress. Mandatory full presence during the 3 days to receive the participation certificate.
